Abstract
A Study on the T.L.C. Profile of Bile of Bile Acids in the Urine of Diabetes mellitus and Jaundice Disease.
1. In a detailed comparison of urine of the jaundice and Diabetes mellitus disease by T.L.C. profile in CMA`iT solvent system, especially excreated following Bile acids in jaundice urine; 5P-Ranol sulfate, 50-Bufol sulfate, 5a-cyprinol sulfate and 5fi-cyprinol sulfate (Rf value 0.260.28), and excreated 5p--Scymnol sulfate (Rf value 0.19) and Glycoursodeoxycholate(Rf 0.88) In Diabetes mellitus urine. Other Bile acids were common phenomena.
2. In a detailed comparison of urine of the Jaundice disease and Diabetes mellitus disease by T.L.C. profile in EAW-2 solvent system, especially excreated following Bile acids in Jaundice urine; cholic acid (Rf value 0.68), 5~-Bufol (Rf value 0.43), 5P-Cyprinol (Rf value 0.43) and excreated 53-Scymnol (Rfvalue 0.21), 5S-Ranol (Rf value 0.32), Trihydroxy coprostanic acid (Rf value 0.85) and 5p-cholestane-3a, 7a, 12a, 27-tetrol (Rf value 0.82) in Diabetes mellitus urine. Other Bile acids were common phenomena.
